KYLE MARKUSA, CCT, PRESIDENT
In 2004, Kyle initiated the establishment of his bespoke manufacturing company, specializing in the production of fiberglass items. The “Markusa” family name holds significant recognition in the fiberglass industry, attributed to his parents, “Don and Loretta,” who successfully operated the renowned “BrekMar Industries” for 25 years. Following seven years of dedicated service in fiberglass manufacturing at “BrekMar Industries,” Kyle sought to enhance his expertise by achieving the distinction of being the first individual in Saskatoon to attain certification as a “Certified Composites Technician.” Subsequently, with the family business transitioning ownership to a client, Kyle and his wife Melodie seized the opportunity to establish their independent manufacturing facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
POSITION:
We are looking for a skilled labourer with 1-3 years Fiberglass manufacturing experience.
Permanent full-time starting wage $20 an hour.
Benefits after 3 months of continuous employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work safe environment, all employees must follow our safety requirements
- Produce Fiberglass products
- Maintain a clean work area
- Assemble composite materials
- Inspect manufactured fiberglass products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
- Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
- Operate machines, equipment, and hand tools as directed
EXPERIENCE
- Fiberglass rolling
- Assembly of Fiberglass products
- Strong work ethic, team player, and a good attitude
- Excellent attendance is a must
- Ability to lift, handle and move a minimum of 50lbs
- Forklift Operator would be considered an asset
